I am a proud and passionate consultant, trainer and speaker who empowers others to think and feel positively about themselves. I pride myself on my unique approach, delivery style and sense of humor and share my relatable, open and honest personal lived of experience of mental health issues through the Wellness For All services I have carefully designed.
